In trying to keep up with today's theme, I want to talk about somewhere I really love. Kuba Kuba! This is one of my favorite restaurants in Richmond. If you like Cuban food, this is the place to go.
I usually stick to their California Huevos Rancheros that includes Avocado and then load it up with Srichacha but this past time for brunch I got the Cuban with chorizo that came with fried plantains. It was everything I knew it would be. Don't hesitate to try this place as soon as possible!! And try the Tres Leches Cake!!!!! Or buy me some. You won't even know what hit you.
